Who: Albert Wesker and William Birkin
When: 1992 - Six years prior to the events of Resident Evil.
What: Fanon "deleted scene" sort of exercise. Occurs during Wesker's transfer from B.O.W. research and development to Umbrella's paramilitary intelligence branch.
Warning: Nothing squicky. High probability of suckage because I'm rusty as hell.
